1 cup mixed boiled vegetables ( beans, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower),
1 cup boiled corn kernels,
1 small boiled mashed potato,
1 tbsp chopped celery,
2 tbsp grated cheese, ½ cup maida, salt to taste,
1 cup boiled rice,
1 cup bread crumbs, oil for frying.
1) Mix vegetables, corn, cheese, salt, rice, celery and potato together nicely and divide into equal portions.
2) add little salt to maida and make paste by adding water
3) Now take each ball, make it flat and thick, dip into maida paste and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
