    Makai Biryani Ingredients: 2 tbsp clarified butter, 2 clove, 1” cinnamon, 1 cup boiled corn kernels, 1 cup whole cream milk, 1 tbsp ginger green chilli paste, ½ roasted crushed pea nuts, 1 tsp sugar, ½ cup fresh grated coconut, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon juice, ½ cup chopped boiled carrot, 1 finely chopped tomato, ½ cup fried potato wedges coriander leaves for garnishing. Method: 1) Heat clarified butter, add clove, cinnamon, corn kernels, roast for 1 minute, now add milk and let this simmer on low flame till milk dries. 2) Now add ginger green chilli paste, crushed pea nuts, sugar, coconut, salt, lemon juice, boiled carrot, chopped tomato. 3) Garnish with coriander leaves and potato wedges

    Paneer with Baby Corn Ingredients: 50 g cottage cheese cubes, 3 boiled baby corn, 2 tbsp onion paste, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp garlic green chili ginger paste, 1 tsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil, salt as needed Ingredients to make paste: ¼ cup curd, 1 small tomato, 2 boiled red chilies, 2 green chilies, 1 tbsp cashew nuts, 1 pinch turmeric, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chili powder. Method: 1) Heat oil, add bay leaf, green chili garlic ginger paste, add onion paste. 2) Now add the paste and fry till oil separates. 3) now add 1 cup water and tandoori masala, sugar and salt. 4) add cottage cheese and boiled baby corn to the gravy, let this simmer on low flame till few boils and serve hot.

    Corn Paneer Surprise Ingredients : 250 g boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 cup boiled and lightly mashed mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, green peas), 2 tbsp gram flour, salt to taste, 150 g finely chopped cottage cheese, 50 g crushed corn kernels, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp ginger green chili paste, ¼ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, oil for deep frying. Method: 1) Mix all the above ingredients except bread crumbs, cottage cheese and crushed corn. 2) Mix the cottage cheese and corn together. 3) Now divide both the mixtures into equal portions. 4) Take the vegetable mixture in your palms, and fill in the corn cheese mixture, seal from all the sides and make round balls. 5) Now roll each ball in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
