Ingredients for Kabab: 3 tbsp corn kernels, 3 tbsp grated cottage cheese, ½ tsp coriander and cumin seeds powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp kasuri methi, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 slice brown bread, oil for frying.
Ingredients for Batter: 1 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 cup water, 1 pinch sat, 1 cup bread crumbs
Method: 1) Remove ends of the bread slice and soak in water for 1 minute, then remove excess water and add to rest other ingredients of the stuffing, make 10 round long rolls. 2) Mix gram flour, corn flour in 1 cup water with 1 pinch salt. 3) Roll each ball in bread crumbs and dip in corn flour batter and deep fry.
