BHARWAN MIRCH PAKODE
6 thick Green Chilies (Bhavnagari) slit open one side,
250 grms boiled mashed Potatoes,
1 tbsp Oil,
1 tsp Rye
1 tsp Red Chili powder,
1 tsp amchoor powder,
1 tsp Souf,
1/2 tsp Garam Masala,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 pinch Hing powder
1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves,
Salt according to taste,
1 cup Besan (gram flour) for batter
1 pinch Soda-bi-carb
Oil for frying,
1/4 cup besan keep dry
1. Heat oil. Add hing, rye, souf. Now add the potatoes and off the flame. Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, amchoor,
garam masala. Mix everything very well and stuff this mixture equally in the chilies.
2. Now cut each chilli into 2 and roll each into the 1/4 cup besan.
3. Now mix the 1 cup besan, soda and 1 pinch salt together. Make a thick batter. Now dip each chilli in the besan batter and
deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour, sprinkle chaat masala and Serve hot with sweet chutney !!!
