Sweet Corn Cutlet


250 g boiled corn kernels, 2 finely chopped onion, 2 boiled mashed potato, 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp oil, 6 finely chopped green chilies, 2 garlic buds, 3 bread slices, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 100 g semolina, salt as needed, oil for frying.


1) Grind corn, green chili, garlic and ginger together. 2) Heat oil, fry the chopped onion, add corn mixture, mashed potatoes and all other ingredients except the bread slices. 3) Now dip the bread slices in water, squeeze out the excess water and add to the corn mixture. 4) Mix the ingredients like dough, make small round flat cutlets. 5) Shallow fry and serve with ketchup.
