Jhatpat baby corn subzi

Ingredients

1) 200 g or 1 packet finely chopped baby corn, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped tomato, ½ finely chopped capsicum, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste, ½ tsp lemon juice, finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method

1) Boil the corns and keep aside. 2) Heat the oil and fry the onion, 3) Add baby corn, capsicum fry for 1 minute, 4) add tomatoes and fry again, 5) Add cumin powder, chili powder, garam masala and salt. 6) Mix well and cook for few minutes. Garnish with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
