Grilled Corn Toast
8 slices of bread, 1 cup boiled corn kernels, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 2 cup grated cheese, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 pinch black pepper powder, salt to taste, butter as needed, tomato ketchup for garnishing
1. Heat pan, add 1 tsp butter, then add all the ingredients one by one except bread slices and mix well. 2. Now toast the bread slices from one side, turn the slices, spread the corn mixture equally on all the slices, and now let the bread get baked from other side. 3. Once the bread slices get baked, garnish with tomato ketchup and serve.
