Gobhi Makai Paratha


2 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp maida, ½ cup grated cauliflower, ¼ cup boiled corn kernel paste, 1 pinch black pepper powder, 1 pinch turmeric powder, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 2 finely chopped green chili, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil, more oil to make the parathas.


1. Mix all the above ingredients and make stiff dough by using water. 2 Divide the dough equally and roll into paratha, apply oil on both the sides and roast.
