Corn tomato Sandwich
12 bread slices, 2 cup boiled corn kernels, 2 pinch black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¼ cup chopped capsicum, ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, ½ cup chopped onion, 6 tsp tomato ketchup, butter as required, 2 tbsp grated cheese, salt according to taste.
1.Smear butter on one side of bread slices and set aside. 2. Melt butter in a frying pan.
3.Add onion and fry for a few minutes. 4.Add capsicum, corn, tomato, pepper powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce, salt, grated cheese, stir for a few minutes and off the flame. 4. Spread the corn mixture over a bread slice, cover with another slice, buttered side down and serve.
