1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels, 1 cup fresh smooth curd, ¼ cup water, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, 1 tsp oil, ¼ tsp mustard seeds, few curry leaves, ¼ tsp cumin seeds, 1 slit green chili, 1 pinch asafetida, salt to taste, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
1) Mix curd, sugar, corn, water and salt. 2) Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, curry leaves, asafetida. 3) Pour this mixture on the curd. 4) Garnish with coriander leaves before serving
