Corn Veggie Rice


Ingredients: 200 g rice (wash and boil), 100 g baby corn chopped, ½ cup boiled corn kernels, 1 small chopped capsicum, 1 chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp biryani masala, salt to taste, 4 tbsp clarified butter, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 chopped green chilies.


1) Heat butter, add onion, add the ginger garlic paste, green chilies, baby corn, then add tomato, capsicum, add ¼ cup water, add salt and biryani masala, once this mixture cooks, add the boiled rice, boiled corn kernels, let this simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
