12 brown bread slices, ½ cup boiled corn kernel, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1 pinch pepper powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum, ¼ cup finely chopped tomato, ½ cup finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 6 tsp tomato ketchup, salt as needed, butter as needed.
1. Apply butter on all the slices and leave aside. 2. Melt little butter in a pan, sauté onion, add capsicum, tomato, corn, popper powder, chili powder, coriander leaves, grated cheese and salt, mix well and off the flame. 3. Now apply 1 tsp on tomato ketchup on 6 bread slices and cover equally with the corn mixture, cover the other bread slice, cut into two and serve.
