Corn Kaju Pulao


½ cup rice soaked in water, ½ cup boiled corn kernels, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp oil.
Paste Ingredients: 6 cashew nut, 1 small tomato, 1 garlic bud, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp garam masala, ¼” cinnamon, 1 cloves .


1. Grind the paste ingredients into smooth paste. 2. Heat the oil add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, now add onion and sauté for few minutes. 3. Now add the ground paste along with this add soaked rice, corn, mix it well and sauté for few minutes. 4. Now add salt and water, let the rice cook on low flame till tender
