Corn Curd Curry
250g boiled corn kernels, ¼ cup onion paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 pinch asafetida, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½” cinnamon stick, 3 to 4 clove, 1 pinch cardamom powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 big black cardamom, ½ cup smooth curd, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 2 bay leaf, 3 tbsp oil.
1) Heat oil, fry the corn in this oil and remove. 2) In the same oil sauté onion, add ginger garlic paste, asafetida, turmeric powder, bay leaf, clove, cinnamon, garam masala, big cardamom, salt, red chili powder, cook for 5 minutes. 3) Now add the curd and fried corn, make thick gravy, cover and let this simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Garnish with fresh cream and serve.
