Chote Bhutte Ki Sabzi


1 ½ kg boiled and cut into cubes baby corn, 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste, 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 cup thick tomato soup, 1 cup smooth curd, 100g boiled green peas, salt according to taste, finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.



1) Heat oil, add cumin seeds, add tomato puree, ginger garlic green chili paste and fry for few minutes. 2) Add yogurt, baby corn and green peas, cook for 5 minutes. 3) Add salt, let the gravy become little thick, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
