Cheese Corn Tikki
100 g boiled corn kernels, 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, 50 g grated cottage cheese, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 4 finely chopped green chili, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp corn flour
1. Crush the corn kernels roughly in blender. 2. Mix with cheese, cottage cheese, cumin powder, garam masala, cardamom powder, salt, green chilies, coriander leaves and corn flour. 3. Divide this mixture into small balls and pat them into coin shaped tikkis. Shallow fry till they turn light brown and serve with mint chutney.
