Chana corn bhel


3 tbsp oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 big finely chopped tomato, 1 cup boiled corn kernels, 1 cup green chana pulse (soaked for 8 hours), ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 lemon juice, 6 bhel puri paapdi, finely yellow sev for garnishing, coriander leaves for garnishing.


1) Heat oil, sauté onion, add green chilies, tomato, don’t cook the tomatoes too much.2) Now one by one add all other ingredients. 3) Garnish with crushed bhel puri paapdi, sev and coriander leaves.
