Here is one type of Rajasthani Snack Food known as Raajma Burger |

RAAJMA BURGER :
(Makes 6 Burgers) |
| |
Ingredients for making Pachmela Daal: |

1 cup raajma soaked for 8 hours
1 cup grated mushroom
1/4 cup or 15 nos. finely chopped kaju (cashewnut)
1 finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon ginger-green chilli paste
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh corriander leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teasppon oil
2 tablspoon oil
250 oil for frying
2 tablespoon maida (fine flour)
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup or 50 grams bread crums
100 grams grated cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
12 sliced brown bread
2 onion sliced
6 salad leaves
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoon water
1 boiled beet root slices
1 cucumber sliced

Method of Preparation |

1. |
Boil raajma in preasure cooker and leave them to cool, remove the excess water. Finely grate the boiled raajma in grinder. |

In a dish mix raajma, grated mushroom, kaju, chopped onion, ginger green chilli paste, chaat masala, corriander leaves salt black pepper powder, red chili powder now mix very well and divide in 6 round flat balls. |

In maida add 2 tablespoon water, 1 pinch salt and mix well. Take the bread crums in a plate, Heat the oil for frying. |

Now take th eraajma cutlet, dip into the maida mixture, then roll the bread crums and put it to fry in hot oil, after it is fried low the flame and fry till golden brown in color. Make all the 6 the same way |

Cut the bread slices according to the size of the cutlets with the help of a small bowl or cutter. |

Apply butter on the slices, sprinkle the grated cheese on 6 slices, place salad leaves on the cheese, place onion slices, then place the tomato slices. Now place the cutlets on each slice, on the cutlet place the cucumber slices and remaining onion slices. Pierce a tooth pick and serve with fried finger chips. |
