Having an experience of 42 years in cooking, Kanaklata Murarka decided to start her own cooking classes for Rajasthani Food and promoting rajasthani quisine since June 1997.
Her classes and food orders are taken in the name of "Shree Rajasthani Pakvaan" SRP.
Since then she has taken around 755 classes and taught over 500 people. Students of all ages have learnt from her and from all over the world.
As she started her career her first expeirnce towards being famous was on 3rd Aug 99 wen the oldest Radio Station Vivid Bharti invited her for their popular program "Chula Chauka" for teaching 10000's of listeners a few mouth watering recepis of rajasthani quisine
She is also a part of Good Food Academy which is run by Rashmi Uday Singh and here she is specialising in demontration of Rajasthani Quisine and Rajasthani Chatpati Chaats.
As we look further she then started writting her cook books, from her valuable skills and experience she has written and published 3 cook books namely as
Her books have gained popularity mainly because of its simple language and easliy available ingredients which makes cooking simpler with mouth watering taste and maintain good health.
Kanaklata further also masters in making home made ready to use spices which are popular for jhatpat cooking, there are 20 different varieties of spices with which from vegetable to biryani and parathas can b made instantly and in no time.
She also participated in many food competitions and demonstrations and have acheived a position in the feild by her skills and dedication
As she and her firm "Shree Rajasthani Pakvaan" started gaining name and fame, now Kanaklata is been invited as judge for food competitions.
